Fishing is easy at Camp Peralavia, a short walk down from the cabin brings you to our mowed river bank. Grab a stool and your rod and catch your limit. We have walleyes, steelhead, salmon and brown trout all available at river's edge. Give us a call for the seasonal availability of the various species of game fish that inhabit the river. A canoe and 12 foot boat are provided for your use and included in the rental fee. For those of you that have your own watercraft, there is a boat launch for smaller boats with access to Lake Superior and the river just a half mile away from the cabin. |

Of course, there's plenty of arguably the most coveted game
fish in the world. Rainbow "steelhead" trout. Returning each spring
and fall from beautiful Lake Superior, these silver bullets have more chrome
than the a '57 Chevy and pound for pound are one of the best fighting fish in
the world. With two different waters to fish, the Bois Brule River just out the back of the cabin and Lake Superior within a half mile, Camp Peralavia is perfectly located on two of the most prolific fishing waters in the country. |
